What's new?

1. Scrollable minimap (DONE)
This allows me to expand the map size.
2. Multiple entrances and exits. (DONE)
You ll never know where the monsters will appear next.
3. New enemy species
Basically there will be 2 types of creeps, Type A will just find their ways to exit, while Type B will rage and attack the towers whenever they are blocked.
The new release will have at least 15++ species. 5 bosses and 2 megabosses.
4. New Tower Types (DONE)
Added: Flame thrower, Sam Site
5. Tower selection menu (DONE)
This should prevent the accidental build.
6. New Feature:
Players can now construct buildings that allow them to recruit defensive armies.( Still working on it)
7. New Game Mode
RTS mode. Only Type B monsters will be released and they will attack your base.You can also build your armies and send to their bases.
8. Controls (DONE)
yea yea, i fixed the sensitivity of the trackball. And will keep most controls on trackball.
Still a long way to go....So Stay tuned...
Great stuff, though I hope the attacking armies only attack if they are blocked and not just attack.

By the way this is a great game and I'm glad it's still being developed. Just a couple of suggestions - a menu (maybe by pressing the menu key) where you can mute without having to open the thing and press 'm' (which I'm pretty sure didn't work for me when I tried but maybe I didn't press it right and I can't test right now) and maybe pause and quit and stuff?
ReplyDeleteAnd while your new features (such as not knowing where the enemies are coming from) sound cool, I'd suggest having a way to turn that on/off, or maybe it's off in noob mode and on in normal onwards, etc.
